Echolalia joy! Today I remembered how much I like the sound and flow of rivaroxaban (so much nicer sounding than most of the meds I deal with at work)

Plus a bunch of the reported new beds aren't actually treatment, they're lower-barrier shorter term housing (which is still needed but not what was promised).

I used to walk on the sides of my feet to the point where I wore casts when I was little. Turns out my arches are extremely sensitive and where I get the worst hives from my allergies. When that acts up, I still catch myself walking on the outside edges of my feet to take the pressure off my arches.

I guess we're just allergic to toxic workplaces 😆

I also get itchy a lot, although I'd always chalked it up to allergy things. Cetirizine (reactine) has been my default for years, although I've noticed myself needing it more frequently recently (coinciding with increased sensory overload, burnout, and worsening migraines) :/

Whatever it was, the headache has resolved! Always nice when that happens. How's yours?

Hey I was just trying to figure out if I'm dehydrated or have a sinus headache and was hoping it was the latter because there's barely water left for tea (chronic boil water advisory, have to buy water in town and keep forgetting to bring the jugs)

Shawl collars! Had to learn the term so I could knit sweaters I could actually wear myself (proceeded to only make one for myself, sweaters take too long to sustain apparently)

Autism isn't inherently something to be cured. Cancer isn't a single thing with a single cause; some cancers do have cures, thanks to research. The power that plays with TikTok access *could* be well spent on things that support folks, including those with autism and cancer, to live well

That would be a PDA thing, which is pretty common for lots of ND folks. Formally Pathological Demand Avoidance, but that name is terrible and not especially accurate, so it's also called Persistent Drive for Autonomy

Ikrrrr I can't stand bits of stuff (like water) getting in my face x.x how do the doggos get to be so chill and unperturbed by it

I mean, eating water is basically the entire hydration strategy of cat species in general (and is also why house cats are often chronically dehydrated too)

In most health systems, you have a right to see your records (with the caveat of following a specific process and usually a written request). As someone working within a health care system, it isn't exactly uncommon for staff to forget follow up (we're human too!); it is ok to check in re:copies :)
