This has *nothing* to do with judicial reviews preventing housing projects.

It's down to government ideology, ie that the private market is the solution to the housing shortage, when all past experience shows that only *public* housing will solve it.

The only solution is to fundamentally change our transport system away from private cars towards active and public transport.
