Had to fix him up a bit after FC, V2’s first outing took a toll on em but he’s back in good shape again. I switched to a different thinner faux leather and modeled + 3D printed a new jaw (its one piece, doesn’t use any foam or fabric).

Fine tuned the frame and also finally got around to making the first visor buck. Filament is on order lets see how it turns out.

This is the frame that goes inside the head, it’s a new design I am prototyping that uses a Vive headset strap. Will be more comfortable and sit closer against my head for a better fit.
