librarian; lawyer; professor; obsessed with trying to teach information literacy in a world that barely seems to care; lover of dogs, tennis, beaches, swimming, long hikes that cause my muscles to ache, the search for a perfect book, and my two boys.
No Kings in Williamsburg, VA had a great turnout. My boys enjoyed dressing up as a frog and undercover FBI agent with a bribe in a Cava bag.

Exactly. Argentina is helping China bankrupt American farmers, but the Trump administration wants to save their crazy friends first!

Jimmy Carter will always be my hero. For me, he always represented the best of what the South could be and was the best person that we have ever elected to be President.

Choose 20 books that have stayed with you or influenced you. One book per day for 20 days, in no particular order. No explanations, no reviews, just covers.

Kash Patel is very bad at legal research. As a law librarian, this is the most damning professional assessment of a lawyer that I can make. (As an ordinary human being, I have many more damning assessments of Kash Patel that I also can make.)
