If the political branches want to have fast, effective accountability, they should also pass laws establishing a special tribunal, with streamlined process, and a set of laws criminalizing specific conduct and applying retroactively. And then strip judicial review of those too.

idk. like, I don't want to say, "MTG is welome in our party!" or anything like that. but if a R says, "Trump is an albeist biggot and doesn't deserve to have a congressional majority"—I think you can say, "hey, that's right" rather than trying to find some reason it doesn't count.

just...again, partisanship isn't all bad, but use it to advance your goals; don't treat the goals as if they only matter if they advance partisanship.
