Tried out overnight oats. Half a cup of 2%, oats, and yogurt. Added a sliced up banana and cinnamon. I have honey and I probably should have mixed it in for it could have used a little bit for a sweetener. It was decent, would try again.

My meal prep for the week, going to cut up veggies I can steam up at work too to add into it, along with some ground up turkey I'll be adding before I seal and refrigerate these.

We meal prep Sunday again. Got some walnut/peanut action for snacks, and an assortment of veggies to steam and cook into some soups.
I feel like I could have done more but it's already late.
