A man is search of his muse(s)
I'm leaning towards your side because of the costs of maintaining these systems and monetization isn't going to scale

I agree but we're making two different points

My contention is presenting training a model at a low cost as a negative

The "costs" associated with them is going to go to near zero as long as you can leverage an existing one

Those numbers are misleading as they used models that were already trained

Start from scratch then tell is how that goes lol

I understand the legal ramifications if the app is monetized the goal to me would be get licensing just as a game show would

But your the man with app and the plan you got this 🫡

No problem, with the right architecture you could turn this into a game also pretty easily

Keep this going there's a lot of potential here

This is a brilliant idea I wish I had an iPhone to try it out

I just got the 470 last year for more than that ain't that some shit lmfao

True we'll see how costs and use cases shake out

AI Agents in the right use cases make sense and the underlying use cases for ml are wrapped up with it

I only saw the super compute stuff are they doing more for the pc space?
January 7, 2025 at 7:13 PM
It's going to heavily depend on what you quantify AI as but with the amount of resources being commited to the space I can't see it flopping

Overhyped probably

This is true of many SaaS businesses though

I would also disagree there is nothing to differentiate them the "user" won't be interacting with model but the business built around it
