Rural driver here - high beams can be bright as needed and it’s not a problem for the front driver unless it’s being tailgated (which I, a person going reasonably fast, is frequently!!) in towns the risk of deer is lower (esp if one is going the speed limit) so low beams can be less bright

Second this. I use Les Mills and there are LOTS of options within the app. You have favorite instructors and the online group (moderated) is pretty helpful
