She can have a tail while in her human form! She just wants to blend in and tails are inconvenient.

Yup, thats the idea! I need someone cool I can draw on multiple situations but still with some rules to make it more interesting :3

Well, dragons hold a lot of magic but their bodies can be inconvenient! So it's kind of a self resolving problem.
Thing is, she can somewhat easily go from dragon to human, but anything other than that is really difficult and can result in something different than what she had intended!
