Yes, we're constantly reprinting some of the more popular ones! But they're small and cheap to print, as was part of the whole business model of them to be cheap to produce and distribute should any take off. We had to adjust the royalty scaling when they took off in trade, but they're sustainable.

I came here myself to similarly scream (nicely) CROWDFUNDING WORKS WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE BEHIND IT and can now say "what Alastair said"! Maybe it can't scale well, and that seems to be part of Unbound's excuse amongst the few others...
