Bring in talent? He's doing everything possible to make sure academics and scientists don't thrive in the US. Only his network of criminals get to participate in the dream. Talented people generally have options... and common sense.

Bring in talent? He's doing everything possible to make sure academics and scientists don't thrive in the US. Only his network of criminals get to participate in the dream. Talented people generally have options... and common sense.
