I still haven’t forgiven my parents for not getting me vaccinated as a child. Nearly died from measles at age 14 and at age 50 am disabled as a direct result of it. Oh. And I’m autistic anyway

I know that feeling all too well. Take care of yourself as best you can. Remember the feeling will eventually pass. Do you have something that you can do as a distraction to keep you grounded? For me it’s knitting and video games. I hope you feel better soon ❤️
