One of my favorite annual homemade meals courtesy of the misses. Danish hamburger covered in sautéed onions & mushrooms, hassleback potatoes, beets, and sauerkraut. May not look the prettiest but it’s delicious.

Also very thankful for this guy 1 month from 13 years old he went balls to the wall bouncing around the house last night like he was a 3 year old playing wild wild puppy with his sister in the old days. And this morning we did a little hike together at Papago.

Smoked a turkey every year since 2015 (excluding 2020) but not hosting Thanksgiving this year for reasons. Today feels anticlimactic. But in the holiday spirit here is some imagery of the bird last year with a few sausages tossed on at the end. Happy Thanksgiving!

The problem with the discourse around Al is Armin and Mina are referring to it from two completely different viewpoints. The former is technological/scientific in context and the latter is cultural and societal.

The boy had to go into the master bedroom when an AC maintenance person came over this afternoon and got scared when the guy was making loud booms on the roof. Took cover in our shower lol.
