UPDATE: I was going to call back once my kids were back with their dad tomorrow afternoon. But yesterday, I received a callback—presumably because of this post. The call was night and day from the previous. Thank you @telussupport.bsky.social for the follow-up and resolution.

My boyfriend suggested I call back. That was 1h39 minutes. That sucked every ounce of energy I have for today, because I have to go back for more scans in 30 minutes.
Rarely do I say that I hate living like this: sick and poor. Sorry for the vent. I’m ending my pity-party for now.

I had to cancel TV and tried reducing the internet portion. He told me the best he can do is $121/mon + taxes.
That’s excluding my cellphone, which is $70 + taxes.
$171 so that I can have a phone for safety and provide my kids with internet for school.
That’s absolutely insane!
