i actually bought that Indie Royale bundle back in the day, and kept a backup of everything exclusive i bought from them and it's sister distribution site Desura.
currently the brand is owned by a bootleg browser game enterprise.

American Hero (an ancient cancelled FMV game that randomly got revived for some reason.) got blocked despite being released AND censored on consoles.

the wording suggests the Overworld theme was already complete actually, and Kondo remixed the track for the intro at the last minute
Punch-Out also used a song that likely WASN'T public domain (the Gillette march)
