Chefs Kardea Brown’s and Eric Adjepong’s demo. This was one of my favorite-and chilly-demos.
Got to eat from a menu both of them curated. Brown’s collard green lasagna was delicious. Adjepong’s chickpea coconut curry was the best dish on the boat.
