It isn't an exact mechanical match, but it's also much weaker since it only gains heads by ending a solo, and it wouldn't be the only card to do things this way.

I'm always curious about studios big and small, but PKMN Sleep is a fairly small app, isn't it? I wonder how many people it takes to run a game/app like that.

I could probably make my own if I put my heart into it, but the hardware would be the tricky bit...

It was a formative game for me - I loved the story and gameplay when I was a kid, and I even vaguely remember messing about with the map editor at some point, which itself (somehow) lead to me picking up GameMaker and starting me on the path to where I am today.

Well, minor spoilers, but there's a character called Sarah Kerrigan who gets royally fucked over.

It's only a minor parallel, and I doubt her name was *actually* a reference, but it's enough that my game-obsessed brain can remember what happened to Nancy.

Who the fuck knows.
