Exactly. And sometimes you don’t know if you’re vulnerable. I was diagnosed with myeloma in 2021, but it was almost certainly there at the start of the pandemic. I’m thankful for the lockdowns.

Part of this is accepting that some people have conditions that can only deteriorate, and that they mustn’t be forced into work to prove that. We mostly know what these conditions are. If they want people with MECFS and long Covid to work, fund the research.
