Well, it's either wrong, or the cooler option: it can randomly teleport when no one is looking.

What dark gods do I have to worship to get this to happen? Heck I'll stoop to worshipping the nice ones too.

It happens.

People forget the stopped clock is right UNintentionally. Intentionality is key here, as even the way this particular clock gets to this one good moral code is off the back of horrifically repugnant ideology.

That's my Garak right there.

Oh dear. Hope that wasn't too much trouble!

I've personally had some trouble getting the translation running on my ODE modded Saturn, but I think that's the ODE, not the Saturn. Drive in that one died long ago.

I generally prefer Mednafen. It works well with the translation too.

The original SNES game's translation isn't particularly great, sometimes hindering game play.

PS1 is a bit better, but lacks the Saturn's (pretty cool) Japanese voice acting.

Sounds strange, but both PS1 and Saturn are a lot faster to play too. SNES has a rather slow compression scheme it uses.

The PS1 has some issues - resistances don't scale like they should because of a bug which means the final boss and others can easily wipe you when that's not intended.

US SNES version accidentally makes leveling harder than the Japanese version intended, but is otherwise a fine way to play.
