Every right-wing “grassroots”organisation in New Zealand is just Jordan Williams, David Farrar, and one randomly-selected Atlas Network apparatchik in a trenchcoat
There's a new "grassroots" website automating supportive emails to Erica Stanford / signatures on an open letter endorsing her attacks on te Tiriti and you have until the end of this skeet to guess who registered the domain name

...

Did you guess Jordan Williams' Campaign Company? Gold star

The #Uber loss in the Supreme Court “highlights a grey area in the law”, says Brooke Van Velden.
It’s been through 3 courts. The judges were unanimous. There’s nothing grey about it. The law is black & white. WORKERS HAVE RIGHTS! That’s the real “problem” this anti-worker govt wants to “fix” #nzpol

Just my opinion but …
Postcard campaigns are quite impactful. A couple hundred emails don’t take up much inbox space and are easy to ignore, but a stack of postcards are impressive.

In almost any other NZ government in *history* Willis would be long gone by now. The only things that are different are a PM who enables it and a media that helps cover it up and move it on

single reports without follow-up are NOT holding MPs accountable

Willis: Not releasing texts about Orr's resignation met transparency expectations
The Finance Minister says not releasing texts that informed her of former Reserve Bank governor Adrian Orr's potential resignation was appropriate.

Not only Labour MPs but a sizeable majority of the population no doubt have few choice words they would like to share with the current government cabinet of Aotearoa.

The attack against pay equity for women is disgusting enough.
But then seeing Govt Ministers crowing about how this is good for women?! Insulting gaslighting patronising 'splaining. We know we have to use this to galvanise the many!

Counterpoint - Seymour hijacked a public health issue that his party’s policies will make manifestly worse in order to promote himself and blunt accusations of heartlessness, but you’ve really got to hand it to him that he gets political messaging. Apparently.
He dared everyone to say "I care more about rules of propriety than kids with rheumatic fever" and they duly obliged

Shane Jones and this Govt seem to see Aotearoa as little more than a resource colony.

It's such a lack of vision and such a failure of leadership.
