It was a setup to empower trump to further use military on US soil. The Afghan was probably told his family would be sent back to the Taliban govt. If he didn't do what trump's regime wanted.

There is ZERO legal defense when charged with Crimes against Humanity. All Crimes against Humanity should carry the same penalty as treason.
