That's good - I realized that scope must be defined. Including everything everywhere isn't in the realm of possibility. Banned vs challenged? Banned currently or historically? Locally vs nationally?
And is this something anyone really wants/needs? A simple way to know a banned book by its cover?

I downloaded the pdf - I'll dump it to a spreadsheet so I can get rid of duplicates and sort. My goal is to create a quick reference for my inventory and buy lists.
I found some historic lists as well, including the Vatican's forbidden list - I'll look into integrating them.

In addition to "vintage" books (20th century, my niche) I have been keeping an eye out for banned books when I'm buying nowadays.
I have expanded my outlook from simply selling books, to being a pipeline for free speech.

Have we actually moved past stereotypes of female vs male stories and plot lines? Growing up in the 60s there were 'boys books' and 'girls books'

Haven't been to a school book fair in decades - my littles are grown-ups now.
In the old days (I was born in the previous century), the Scholastic book fairs at my school always had a selection of horse stories, usually with female protagonists.

And they make short work of stating sex work = prostitution
