1. Companions are ok. They don't bother me at all, and they're barely with you.
2. Open world hub feels empty. Wish there was more to do.
3. This game feels more action-adventure than Metroidvania. There's minimal backtracking so far.

The hate against Miles Mackenzie is so overblown. He is with Samus for about 5 minutes. The annoying part is very debatable.

I just started playing Metroid Prime 4 yesterday for about an hour. I can't, in a responsible way, give you my thoughts yet. But I'll play so much more this afternoon and might share some thoughts.

I'm particularly excited for Metroid Prime 4 Beyond, but this is an excellent month for Switch 2 users.
I think I'm also buying Marvel Cosmic Invasion and Octopath Traveler 0 on the system.

I think that we were all worried about Elden Ring Switch 2 port for nothing. Back in August (?) clearly was an unfinished build, and that's why Bamco didn't let anyone record the gameplay. This recent gameplay looks phenomenal.
