Birthday tomorrow, and think it's time to literally start a new chapter in life. Been hit with so much in the past couple years, and not going to lie I'm literally at rock bottom regarding mental health, so it's time to put the suicidal thoughts aside and get my life back together.

Bit of a personal, and serious, post here, but what help is there out there for men going through a really dark place and state of mind in life? Did therapy through the NHS, but sitting on a laptop talking to someone through a screen really didn't do that much for me, no offense...

This. Was thinking the same tonight - A lot of the panic is coming from the fact this team still needs to build on the bonding and felling together of the squad. So many errors coming from simple lack of 'getting each other'
By no means did I think the scoreline would be as it is right now. But I really don't think we're as bad as it seems. I think sometimes we forget these players are still learning to play together. I know I'm annoyingly optimistic, but I do think this squad will come good #lufc
