Iradep does have potties, but they're not quite used like toilets; the practice is to use your diaper while you sit on it. Some people might put an untaped diaper or a pad in the bottom and use it that way, but it's not a common practice.

This was based on a sign I saw at the store advertising a pie-throwing event. The original was a pumpkin pie, and it of course wasn't diapered, but it said what was written word for word.

The diaper pattern is supposed to be water drops & fire hydrants, but I'm not sure how well they came out. Anyway, it's no longer connected to a pipe, but it somehow can produce infinite water. I'm pretty sure talking objects are just inherently magical to a degree.
