I do not think there is a centralized external database of the A4 tables. I recall the correspondence being a big issue 10-15 years ago, with guidance produced (e.g. link below) to ensure that the tables correspond to GFSM, but also hinting at reasons it could fail. www.imf.org/external/np/...
