I try and avoid Spoons. Not always possible (meeting friends etc). I did a double take the last time I was in one, at how cheap a pint of Guinness was. I’m reviewing my policy.

My Dad had over 10,000 books and I never saw him do anything other than browse through them and hold them lovingly. I had hundreds of CDs that I never played either. They all made me think of the live music I enjoyed tho. Not even sure where they all are now.

I was in one the other day. They had some cans of tomatoes in the middle of the table and put one of the big plates on there. It sort of overlapped some other plates and stuff, oh, it’s sort of difficult to explain. It would better with a picture. But I thought it was a clever idea.
