There's a group of exiled angels for a mistake they all made, but instead of letting their fall from grace corrupt their souls, they decided to form their own place to be. Sort of chaotic good/chaotic neutral, will help for a good cause, but maybe not always using the righteous means.

A man made of shadows that still holds a physical form and wears a long robe with a hood. You could think is just a really tall, slender man that you can't see his face bc is darkened by the cloak, but is actually just shadows. Not sure how gods work in this world but some lore I could add:
