I do automotive news and comedy (weird, I know, I get that a lot). Fork-lift certified muckraker. Recently souped up to be even Kay-er than before 🌈
I know a lot of people are going through it this year, so if that's you or yours, take heart: at least you're not driving a Cybertruck in 3 inches of snow!

Considering the photo on the right has Indonesian written on the vests (polisi), I'm guessing those guys are not salvadoreño

In El Salvador, it'd be policía. They look like this:

Buckle the fuck up, because Mexican candy goes *so hard*

LOL, I see Elon is having a very normal one over on Birdsite.

Incidentally, *I've* read enough books to know that Roman Helmet Guy has the thesis basically right here.

Elon's flexes are so dorky. Pro gamer, self-proclaimed historian of empire, whats he NOT great at?

Oh ya, making new car models.

11.08.2025, Little Village & Cicero: Member of ICE Enforcement & Removal Operations "special response team" tactical unit points gun at Chicagoans.

What unit badge is that, I wonder? Sure looks like the Crusader Cross, typically that's a no-no for any fed.

Neat infographic, but not *exactly* right. Or they normalized the stats weird.

1979 F-150 crew cab looked like this, it's about 50/50 bed/cab:

I totally agree with the sentiment, though, they're dumb masculinity totems for most people who buy them.

In China, beer comes in bags, like open-top grocery bags or Subway sandwich type bags.

You then take your beer bag to a restaurant, and they pour it for you. Or you bite off the corner and play slap the bag, IDK, I'm not your manager.

Ope, I hear they're planning another unannounced retraction/rebrand of the article:
November 8, 2025 at 10:00 PM
LOL, those jokers at the NYT changed the headline and subheadline without issuing a retraction/update notice.

Editorial policy, what editorial policy?:

The basic question at issue in this trial is:

"can federal agents lie under oath with impunity, with their infinite capacity for violence?"

This goofy case resulted in the man's home being raided by SWAT-style tacticool officers for propaganda videos. Someone who is not him was led out in cuffs.

12-16 point lead in Virginia's most populous counties.

Gains in *every single Virginia county* for left.

At this point, a rational GOP would pivot from Trump-maxxing, but I don't know if they can.
