Calling the left “sour” for demanding justice, equality, and a livable future says more about comfort with the status quo than it does about the left. Progress often makes people uncomfortable… but that discomfort is necessary when the system keeps failing the most vulnerable.

Biden has indeed made some progress, but asking for more… especially on issues like Medicare for All or corporate accountability… isn’t being ungrateful. It’s being engaged. Democracy doesn’t improve when we stop demanding better.

Actually, principled criticism from the left isn’t the same as MAGA obstructionism. The far right works to dismantle democracy; the progressive left pushes to strengthen it… through universal healthcare, workers’ rights, climate action, and reducing inequality.
