I've been teaching yoga, breathwork and meditation to patients, caregivers & HCPs in palliative care settings for a long time. My #realist research @wolfsonpallcare.bsky.social unpicks the relational & soothing mechanisms activated by these approaches that lead to down-regulation of distress.
