Thread for my FFXIVWrite entries for 2025! I'm using the 2017 list, since it was before I started, and I finally made a header! So here we go!

Aether/Adamantoise! Chosen after sneaking around finding an old co-worker that played on that server so if I wanted to stick around I'd know someone! Boy did I end up sticking around (10 yrs in March!!)!! Turtle is home, and wouldn't give up the experience and friends made for anything. 💙🐢

This cracks me up so much, and definitely sets the grounds for a lot of what I view Karo to be--an explorer. 3/5/16... 10 years soon.

Lrs: there were so many random message boards I was part of in the late 90s/early 2000s. I don't remember everything, but I remember being welcomed, I remember having more than my 3 IRL friends. I remember belonging and missing those that I slipped away from and have no way to find again.

Both of these shots I believe fit the bill. The first one is 100% vanilla in game assets, and I still adore it so so so much. It was taken back in 2020 I think, and I was trying to learn more about taking screenshots in game so I went with a lot of landscapes!

I was actually trying to recreate my CoH character because I missed her so much, and because *she* had cat ears/tail, I automatically went Miqo. lol XIV Karo has become her own now, but I still love the inspiration. ^_^
