the BBC should have been smarter about its documentary edits, but at the same time the over-groveling and resignations bury the truth: the guy really did encourage a violent insurrection, and this scandal about the edits was created out of thin air by a right wing tabloid.

The BBC engaged in the criminal offense of making it clear that an American President encouraged a violent insurrection resulting in $2.7 million in damages to the Capital and the injury of 174 police officers (four of which would later die by suicide).
