A win! The Institute of Museum and Library Services (the federal agency that supports the nation’s libraries) has reinstated thousands of grants that had been canceled by the Trump administration, after a federal judge ruled the executive order mandating those cuts was unlawful.
I was in downtown Spokane today. It was fun to go to the Davenport to see the tree, to buy tickets for Christmas Tree Elegance and go to couple of holiday parties. Take time to enjoy the season. This is the Davenport Hotel tree.

I want to express my appreciation to D2 Gallery for taking a chance on my work and promoting my show. We took it down today. They kept a few small works and books. Books are also available at From Here, the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture, Wishing Tree and Aunties. Thank you for your support!

I went to the rally for the Spokane Public Schools Bond and the Spokane Parks Levy. There is crazy stuff going on in our country. I feel confident that it will be better with pre-school, trade school, playgrounds and replacement school buildings. Vote yes on November 4. www.togetherspokane.org
