Mangoes Mexican Bar & Grill in Bethpage, NY.
$18-$25
Steak fajita came with a side of Mexican rice and lettuce. The guacamole was prepared in front of us.
My opinion:
Good but not exceptional.
Food came out quickly.
Waiter disappeared mid meal.

As much as love meat,😉 a meat lover's pizza is too much for me. I literally reach a point where I can't handle the taste. Too salty?
Mind you, I can eat vegetables toppings all day.
Anyway, this was a pizzeria in the Virgin Islands. I'll give my review in a later post.

The Blue Ridge Parkway isn't a national park. It's a scenic drive connecting two national parks, The Great Smoky Mountains and Shenandoah.

National parks aren't always about snow-capped mountains or lush green forests.
The Petrified Forest is still one of my favorite parks. A place that flourished with life over 200 million years ago turned vast silent desert.

I HIGHLY recommend eating there if you're on that end of the island.

Glazed Apple-Maple Blondies have been added to the list. It's a soft, delicious cake packed with chopped 🍎.
I'd use less glaze on top. The 🍎 and brown sugar in the cake itself provides enough sugar. The glaze can be overkill.
Regardless, it's a delicious snack.

I'm not a cook, but i tried cooking salmon.
- Marinate with lemon juice and olive oil and rosemary
-Season with salt and pepper
-350° for 20-25 minutes
-Broil on low.
Came out better than expected. 😃
