Julieta: We, domestic workers should not have to wait until our work conditions amount to trafficking or slavery before the Govt takes action. Prevention is key. We ask the Govt to protect all domestic workers & allow us to extend our visa more than 6m

Precy: I want to start my story with a demand. Fix the Overseas Domestic Worker visa. Workers like me should be allowed to renew our visa. It’s impossible to find the courage to escape an abusive employer and find a new one in less than 6 months.

Analisa: I hope you understand that domestic workers are human beings. The UK Government must ratify ILO Convention 189 and recognise domestic work as decent work. We are not robots. We are not slaves.
