To be clear, I'm not saying this to suggest anyone needs to do a two minute hate against this guy, I just think that his own statements are extremely clear and extremely dumb, there isn't really any nuance to it or something he's overlooking, he's simply being loud, overconfident, and wrong

I don't actually think you need to have a second person look at it and go "yeah this sucks" to add context to things because a student doing a bad job on an assignment and getting a failing grade isn't a First Amendment issue no matter how many second opinions you do or don't get on it

His argument is that a teacher giving an obvious dogshit essay meant as a springboard for transphobia a failing grade is a violation of the First Amendment

This is what always gets me about the people who post things like "they're doing this because they WANT you to feel beaten down, they WANT you to give into despair," like yeah man, they're doing a great job of it too
