Okay, but personally I would be much more comfortable with your follow up if you could also explain your discomfort with the their sample reweighing methods, instead of suggesting that no such reweighing even happened.

In the American context I think it's mostly assumed a marginally employed day laborer doesn't lave legal status to gain a 'normal' job. As our social safety net comes crashing down even harder, that might change

This is my neighbor's dog, Manta, when he was over here a few weeks back. The lumps in his coat are tumors from metastatic lung cancer; his owner put him down a few days ago. He really was a good dog! Will miss him.
