Time to shut this clown car down and start forcing Crazie Eddie Lutnick, Bessent and crypto tool Atkins out of the door. 🚪

Then we can prosecute World Liberty Financial (and its co-founder Russian asset Witkoff) who is co-splaying as a diplomat, to the fullest extent of the law.

It’s clear that the primary interest of the US in “peace negotiations” is to create opportunities for Trump, Witkoff, their family members, business partners and cronies to make billions from business deals with Russia, and Ukraine is just the annoying nuisance in the way.

It is unfathomable that the USG lawyers would sign off on a no-survivors boat strike (no get of jail free card).

There's clear precedent dating back to World War II trial of Germans for that very act, which lawyers know well.

It's only a matter of time before humanities departments will be forced to accept AI-authored assignments, as part of revised university policy to cooperate with these billionaires. It's already happening, and our response needs to be decisive. Because our students' ability to *think* is at stake.

GUARDIAN: “Per head, 🇺🇸 output is six times China’s, and yet, inexplicably, there seem to be more abjectly poor Americans than Chinese. 🇺🇸 inequality is breathtaking… keeps getting worse…”

Wanting to address this isn’t radical.

NOT wanting to is.

The guy shot two random people with a gun, I don't think you can say he wasn't assimilating into our culture
Stephen Miller is now arguing that assimilation is fundamentally impossible and that certain cultures are not compatible with Western civilization

This is a funny example of the core premise of US foreign policy. Ie, the US & Israel are allowed to go anywhere on earth & kill anyone we want, and any response from the people we're killing — including just throwing rocks — is a monstrous Act of Terror.

Trump: “South Africa has demonstrated to the World they are not a country worthy of Membership anywhere,”
Instead, I presume that most of us reckon that Trump has demonstrated that he in not worthy of presence anywhere but in jail.

Finland's been doing this for years now. They've virtually eliminated the shelterless homeless & homeless of all sorts are very low.
This is a point that needs repeating. It’s fiscally conservative to house the homeless, it’s also the right thing to do.
Anderson Cooper: So it's more expensive to have a chronically homeless person living on the streets than it is to actually subsidize an apartment for them?

Answer: Yes, we’re paying more as taxpayers to walk past that person on the street and do nothing… #HousingFirst

The war will end when Russia stops fighting. Therefore, pressure has to be put on Russia, so that they stop believing that they will win. Why is that so hard to understand?

Wow. Are they seriously using ICE to steal a child and get the brother out of a custody battle, divorce process, alimony and child support? Just ship the Mom off to some country to never be found? Are we going to let that happen and not arrest the 20 or 50 ppl in on that?

I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture.

They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1

Super PACS were ushered in by the 2010 Citizens United & Speechnow.org SCOTUS decisions. This is when all Democratic norms were fully undermined. 15 years later, we are living in authoritarianism. That’s how quickly unlimited corporate & foreign lobby campaign donations plunged us into fascism.

To the world, he would be simply “Claude Monet.”
