It's a year zero engine, d6 dice pool, get a success on a 6.
You can make Called Strikes (hit a specific location at a penalty).
If you get enough successes you can roll a Critical Injury, combined with a Called Strike could get you a 1-in-6 instakill or some grim, permanent injuries.
