The greens are doing well but they will not win in Scotland where an independence referendum will have happen if SNP win the election in May. Greens will perhaps win regional list seats which will help. Do some research upon Scottish politics

Scotland had already announced that we would scrap it in April. Labour are looking to come 4th in May elections. So it was absolutely Scotland

It was done as a last gasp attempt to save Labour in Scotland. It wont work though.

Scotland is still paying dearly for these deals imposed on us by Labour. Millions taken from council budgets every year before any budget can be set. They are a scam and should be illegal.
