Is there much information about RTS and UltraEdge anywhere online? I too am interested as a cricket fan who studied music production, I have lots of questions. What frequency response do the microphones have? how do they sync the video to the audio? is the audio filtered in any way? etc. etc.

TMS just reading the 3rd ump guidelines "a spike up to one frame after the bat is conclusive". Debate about if it was truly a "spike". Sharfuddoula has been 3rd umpire 67 times in all formats.

TMS audio carefully synced with TNT video. It's the only sensible way to watch. TNT audio has been all kinds of terrible. Inexperienced commentators about 0.5 seconds before the action. Inexcusable really.

Reminds me of watching Transworld Sport as a child in the early 90s. They'd have Bruce Hammal pretending to understand the rules of kabaddi, followed by him commentating some ice hockey, then a brief segment about street luge or something.

I thought it might be possible to go to The Other Place with a fresh account and only follow cricket account. Still didn't work. Half my feed still weird and vaguely racist dog whistles.
