No Diving
One lane at the Ballard Locks is completely drained. The whole concrete structure is visible and covered with algae from the waterline up. In the background you can see heavy equipment dwarfed by the walls around it.

how it started / how it's going
A carved pumpkin with beady eyes and a tongue hanging out of its pumpkin mouth. Its bright, vibrant orange color stands out against the pale gray and red brick entryway. A decayed and moldy pumpkin has collapsed on itself. Some orange portions remain, but it is being overtaken by gray mold. The tongue, still visible is now the same pale color as the brick entryway.
