This is not an uncle baby billy gimmick account; nonetheless, I hope you read all my tweets with uncle baby Billy’s accent.

I mean, as fighting words as it gets here from a GOP official against the White House.

None of these people cuss like they mean it. They cuss like children who are transgressing the rules for its own sake. They shouldn’t cuss in order to maintain professional decorum, but if a sincere swear snuck in I wouldn’t mind. Instead it’s always affected and disingenuous.

Universities are assembling larger and larger teams to deal with academic integrity issues--mostly focused on AI--while simultaneously holding AI "writing" contests, AI-themed events, "hey, come play with these fun tools!" The messages are so mixed, it's criminal. Because AI is bloated with money.

It’s an incredible coincidence. Ex-dea trained paras are in every cartel. Somehow border patrol never stops any of the guns being ran south, even by boat. Somehow the occupation govt couldn’t stop poppy cultivation in Afghanistan. We paid JOH and Pepe lobo. it adds up.

The whole idea that “white genocide”
is based on exactly that inversion, as if immigrants are doing settler-colonialism to white people.

for a racist asshole who only posts about immigration you don’t actually know anything about immigration law. The overstay is not a “mandatory bar” on green card eligibility.

They’d only have a bar related to the visa if they intended to overstay when they entered the U.S. or otherwise got the b1/b2 by fraud.

They’re still eligible to adjust in court. The only reason to detain them is to pressure them to abandon their case.

Discretion doesn’t mean you can arbitrarily deny cases.

A visa overstay is not a bar that would otherwise apply to the immediate relative of a U.S. citizen petitioner. It may trigger a bar if they left though.

The INA is set up to punish these people if they leave and reward them for staying.

This rhetoric is indistinguishable from the stuff you hear coming out of white nationalists. Completely identical language.
Trump: “I will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries … denaturalize migrants who undermine domestic tranquility, and deport any Foreign National who is a public charge, security risk, or non-compatible with Western Civilization.“

Actually, after they overstay and are married, filing a form I-485 so that they can adjust status is legal. Immigration law is specifically designed to let them do that.

When some guy shot three
immigrants outside an ice office, the nazis blade immigrants.

When an immigrant shoots a guardsman occupying DC, they also blame immigrants.

They don’t seem to particularly care which side of the gun the immigrant is on.

The shooter killed Taliban. There’s no vetting that would have prevented this because he’s not ideologically aligned with the taliban. There’s no screening or review that will catch the next guy who might do this. There’s no evidence his nationality had anything to do with the shooting
