Last time I checked there are exactly zero measles vaccine-related hospitalizations or deaths in 2025, but there are 223 of measles cases, 29 hospitalizations, and 2 deaths in Texas alone

What J.D. Vance consideres "legitimate" Presidential power is the key wiggle room word here. Because it's not what the Framers considered "legitimate". We've lived in the era of the "Imperial Presidency" since at least the 1960s,(&its only gotten worse)and a guy who went to Harvard should know that.
