Hi there! A few months ago, I organized an online Q&A with Dr. G. She really is wonderful and gave us tons of helpful tips! I also like Noa Kageyama's Bulletproof Musician podcast. As I make progress in therapy turning my thoughts away from judgment, I think it will get better. Thanks for replying!

It was an incredible experience. I've seen Hans Zimmer in concert and the film in iMax was almost as exciting. My atoms are still vibrating.

I can't do this with a spoon. Scares me too much. I have to hold the can by both ends and strike the tube middle against the edge of the counter. The force of the strike hides the force of the popsplosion.

The biggest wow in meeting you and seeing your profile is that I've often thought about volunteering for hospice. How did you decide to become a death doula? May I ask what the training was like? Am home now, but gathering myself to re-engage after a long bit of sloth is a process.
