Exactly. I think ICE threatened to send his whole family back to Afghanistan, where they would meet certain death, & he was a sacrificial lamb willing to die (after being coerced & God knows what else) so his family could stay in the US. The horrible shootings of 2 Nat Guard members is on Trump.

Or ICE threatened to send his wife & five kids back to Afghanistan, where they would meet certain death. A highly trained shooter in Afghan, ICE may have used him as a sacrifice to further their lies that immigrants are killers. I just don’t trust anything that comes out of this administration.

That’s why it’s so strange. Trump’s administration granted the shooter asylum in April. His green card was pending at the time of the shootings. His whole family is in the US, wife & 5 kids. It’s possible ICE threatened to send his family back if the shooter didn’t sacrifice himself.

The case was dismissed because the judge ruled Lindsey Halligan wasn’t properly appointed, citing Judge Cannon’s ruling determining Jack Smith was improperly appointed in the documents case against Trump. It wasn’t dismissed because of the faulty indictment.
