This week in my volunteer role we facilitated wreathe workshops for women. This is mine. Seeing the women getting to know each other and enjoy themselves makes it worth while. My poor hands are shredded from gathering the foliage. #Community #Volunteer

Posting this in the hope it nudges other women to get checked. I’m 2 years post menopausal. I recently had some bleeding. I didn’t know you should get it checked. I just put it down to stress. I was advised by a friend to go to the G.P.

Today Prince William came to visit the Women who have shared their stories and were part of an exhibition in collaboration with Women Of Newport and Homewards. They shared their stories in order to instill hope in others! Women supporting women! Couldn’t be prouder! #BeTheChange
