Norway leads in Tesla ownership per capita due to strong incentives. In 2023, Teslas made up a third of new car registrations. However, sales are now plunging, with a 38% drop from January 2024, even as overall new car sales surged 82% (96% of this being EVs). "Tesla shame" is spreading in Norway.
