I *love* this. Previously I'd have ts-node knocking around or making sure my `"start"` script pre builds my TS to JS and node runs in the `dist` folder - and now none of that!

Yeah but you can have provenance without trusted publishing. Consider v1.4.0 - this was published with an npm token and has provenance. It's not using trusted publishing

Then by a process of elimination, if you've managed to publish a new release, then it must be via trusted publishing as there's no other way, right? This is barking. We should be able to trust that trusted publishing is happening without having to go all Sherlock Holmes about whether it actually is
